The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (618) 876-7800 in Illinois or (636) 530-1212 in Missouri.

Our New Patient Coordinator will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. In addition to scheduling the appointment, the New Patient Coordinator will ask for your current insurance information (if available).  By doing this, our office is able to verify a patient's insurance benefits prior to any procedures being performed and/or charges being incurred.

For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.
